Terms of use: simple rules for honest agreements

Alpacto helps you keep track of promises between people who know each other. It does not become a party to those promises.

Who operates Alpacto

Alpacto is operated by IGOR SOLDATOV, an individual based in Argentina. Contact: support@alpacto.com.

iOS app license

The Alpacto iOS app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms describe your use of the Alpacto service.

The service and your account

Alpacto provides a tool for personal agreements. You must be at least 13 years old to use it. One person creates one account and is responsible for keeping access to it safe.

Coins are not money

Coins, rewards, stakes and “debts” are notional records between users. They are not money, securities, a means of payment or gambling. They cannot be bought, sold or withdrawn.

Alpacto does not guarantee that a promise will be kept, does not collect obligations and does not act as an arbiter. The outcome of a bet is called by the two people in it.

What is not allowed

You may not use the service for threats, bullying, coercion, pressure on children or a partner, money bets, unlawful activity, getting around a block, hacking or unauthorized automation.

Your content

Pact names and descriptions, rewards and labels remain yours. You allow Alpacto to store and display them only to the extent needed to run the scenario you chose.

Safety

You can block an unwanted contact. The connection closes immediately, and that person cannot open it again.

In the current version, you can report a message from inside the app. A report and a block are different things. A block ends the connection right away and is entirely in your hands; a report tells us that something breaks these rules. We store every report, and we do not promise a review time for it, so if you want someone gone now, block them.

The person you report is not told about it.

If you need help, write to support. We may freeze an account that breaks these rules or puts other users at risk.

Changes and termination

The service may change, and we announce material changes in the app. You can delete your account at any time, in the app or on the account deletion page. Deletion cannot be undone.
