Printable charts for kids, sorted by the job rather than the picture
Eight sheets, each drawn for one job and one age: the potty week, a week of stickers, a track of steps, a behavior week, the family list, a teenager’s deadlines, the morning run, screen minutes. What they share is what is missing: none has a square for a minus.

In short
One habit with a reward at the end: the step track. Up to five goals in a week: the sticker sheet. Toilet training: the potty week.
Everyone in the house, adults included: the family list. A teenager: deadlines and a review date. Mornings, or the argument about the tablet: the routine and screen-time sheets.
The eight free printable charts for kids
Potty training chart
Four weeks, two squares a day: I tried and I went. The sticker is for sitting down, the only part a child decides. The sheet.
Sticker chart
One week, up to five goals, a square a day, and the reward plus the stickers it takes written in before Monday. For three to eight. The sheet.
Reward chart for kids
One goal, a track of ten or twenty numbered steps, no weekdays, and both signatures under the reward before step one. The short track is for a small goal, the long one for a month. Both versions.
Behavior chart
Three things the family is practising this week, a box a day, and a count. Half the page is a line per day headed What went well. For four to ten: the sheet.
Family chore chart
One row per job: who does it, what it is worth in coins, seven days to tick, an Earned column. Adults sit in the same table as the children, and the rule is printed: Earned = coins × checks. The sheet.
Chore chart for teens
Every job has a Due date and a line for what it earns, money or a privilege; some earn nothing, because that is living here. At the bottom, We review this on, signed by both. The sheet.
Routine chart
Morning and Bedtime side by side, steps in order with a box each, and a week strip to circle the full days. It prints Tomorrow starts fresh. Both versions.
Earn screen time chart
Ways to earn, minutes earned, minutes spent, and a weekly limit written once so it is not renegotiated nightly. The child keeps the count; the adult signs Parent OK. For six to twelve: the sheet.
The ages here are the ages each sheet is drawn for, not a claim about children.
Choose by the job, not by the unicorn
The big collections are sorted by decoration: bugs, space, trucks, unicorns. That is a fine way to pick a picture and a poor way to pick a tool.
Two questions sort these eight. What is the job: one habit, a morning, the household, the screen? And who holds the pen, a three-year-old who cannot read the goal or a fifteen-year-old who signs nothing they did not help write?
None of these sheets has a place for a minus
No red, no crosses, no column for what was lost. A day without a mark is an empty square, and several sheets print that under the grid.
The rule is not ours. The CDC puts it in one sentence: “Never take away rewards your child has earned. Rewards that your child has earned are theirs and should not be removed for misbehaviors.”
The American Academy of Pediatrics says the same about scoring: penalties and demerits “can be humiliating or discourage your child from even trying”. It is why the behavior week spends half a page on What went well.
Questions people ask
Where can I find free charts for kids?
Here, and the files cost nothing: no email, no account, no watermark, in US Letter and A4. Each comes blank, as an example and as a fillable PDF.
Where can I find free sticker chart templates?
The weekly sheet on this page is one: five goals and a square a day, sized for a sticker up to 0.6 inches. The step track takes stickers too.
What is the best daily routine chart for kids?
The one a child follows unprompted: steps in the order they happen, ending at the door.
What are some free printable ADHD routine charts for kids?
We do not print a sheet labelled for ADHD, and would rather say so than sell the same grid twice. The routine sheet keeps the steps visible and lets the child mark them; its older version has the child write them. If a clinician has given your family a plan, the sheet is a blank frame for it.
Does Word have a chart template?
It does, and so does Excel, but a chart that lives on a fridge does not need a document you open first. Everything here is a pdf, blank or fillable.

Each row of these sheets becomes a pact in Alpacto, with the coins adding up to the agreed reward. Accounts start at 13; younger children use the paper.
